Terms & Conditions

1. All Performer payments are calculated in US Dollars ($) however note when Sexybliss Models make the payment to your nominated bank account we will make this payment in Pound Sterling against the current exchange rate (varies) with up to 2% deducted from your payment for the conversion charge. If you are a Performer outside of the UK you may be subject to fee's from your local bank.
2. If you have selected to be paid via the Paypal method which most UK banks now support, you should receive your payment almost instantly from when we issue it to your nominated bank account. However this may not be the case for performers whose banks do not support this method of transfer and therefore your waiting time may be longer. We recommend you check with your bank to find out if they support this.
3. Performers who are working for us outside of the United Kingdom should also check with their bank to see if they will be subject to currency conversion charges as our payments are made out in pounds sterling. Payments are issued every week (Normally every Monday) we hold each weeks payment for a week, e.g. work week 1, work week 2 – payment for week 1, work week 3 – payment for week 2 etc.
4. Sexybliss Models reserves the right to change these terms at any point without any prior notice to our models.
5. You the Performer are 18 years of age or older once submitting your application form with Sexybliss Models.
6. You the Performer will remain a self-employed independent contractor in his or her relationship to Morgan Multimedia Group. Morgan Multimedia Group shall not be responsible for withholding taxes with respect to Performer’s compensation. Performers have no claim against vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
7. All payment details must be submitted NO LATER THAN THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO PAYOUT for them to take effect for the current pay period – this would only be subject for your first payment week.
8. We reserve the right to hold any payments if they have not reached our minimum withdrawal threshold of £20.00 for Paypal payments.
9. You the Performer hold responsibility for the bank information given to us prior your application, in the event you enter incorrect information your payment will rollover to the next pay period as well as this you will also need to pay a Bank Details Change fee of £30.
10. You the Performer MUST follow all network broadcasting rules when broadcasting over the network. These rules can be found in your control panel within the Performer manual. If you fail to follow the network rules your account may be removed from the network without any prior notice.
11. Sexybliss Models reserves the right to deactivate any account at any time for any reason if fraud or misuse is suspected.
12. Models payment rates are calculated by the rates they set on their profile. Performers must have their rates set to a minimum of $3.70 per minute to be paid at the £0.60 rate and any lower set Performer rates will affect your pay rate given by Sexybliss Models. Sexybliss Models reserves the right to change any models payments without any prior notice to the model.
13. If you wish to terminate your account with Sexybliss Models you will need to provide ourselves with 1 weeks’ notice (7 working days) as well as reaching a minimum withdrawal threshold of £80.00, you should always wait until the end of your current pay period before closing your Performer account. If you choose to close your account before the end of your current pay period you will lose your payments. Additionally if your account has not reached the minimum withdrawal threshold, you will not receive any payments from us. Before terminating your account you must reach a payment threshold of £80.00 to be edible for payment, the minimum £20.00 threshold will no longer apply to Performers who are wishing to terminate an account with us.
14. When registering an account with Sexybliss Models, you the Performer are automatically giving consent for us to use your personal information and any digital content(s).
15. We reserve the right to share personal information and any digital content(s) with third parties in order to allow you to start broadcasting and earning with Sexybliss Models.
16. By checking the box on the Model Application form, Performer hereby confirms that Performer agrees to each and every term and condition of this Agreement, and that Performer has carefully read and understands each and every term and condition of this Agreement, and that Performer knowingly and voluntarily chooses to enter into this Agreement.
